Is The Fat Burning Furnace The Best Choice You Can Make??
Rob Poulos has written one of the most popular fitness programs known as the, βFat Burning Furnace.β This fitness program has made claims that by only exercising no more than forty-five minutes each week an individual can get rid of that unwanted fat. However, the big question here is what is the catch, right?
That is what we thought. As a result we grabbed a copy of the ‘Fat Burning Furnace,’ to see what the big secret was about and what secret theory Rob Poulos had discovered. The basic theory behind the Fat Burning Furnace was clear to us as soon as we began reading the book. By boosting up your metabolism through short burst of exercise you can build lean muscle. WOW!
Here Are Some User Reviews:
-
Rob Poulos makes argumentative statements that any typical cardiovascular exercise that the majority of the population participates in is not as effective as it should be. He feel it should burn fat quicker like his little burst of intense training sessions do. He then goes on to ask individuals to give up their cardiovascular routine and turn instead to the interval training that he has designed.
His entire interval training program is three work out sessions a week that last twenty minutes each. My question at this point is, how will this work?
Each work out is centered around weight training, but it is not as bad as it may sound. These work outs are not designed to make you look like some muscle bound goon, but instead they are specially designed to make you look lean and fit. These exercises will only aid individuals into looking lean, but muscular as well.
Lifting weights to the point of not feeling as if you can lift it again is known as muscle failure. When you reach the point of causing muscle failure to your body, then it will take your body quite a long time as well as energy to repair the muscle or muscles that you have damaged in the process. In fact, this is what Rob Poulos is calling his intensive interval training.
On the other side of this is that it only takes the body a couple of days to repair the damage. However, while your body is repairing the damage it is using more calories than it normally does in a day doing so, which means you are losing weight. So the two days you are not working out, then your body is still loosing precious pounds.
Please do not feel as if you are injuring your muscles, because you are not. In fact, it is simply breaking down the tissue, which will be rebuilt so that it is much more stronger for you the next time that you use that particular muscle or group of muscles. You are also turning your old flabby muscles into new lean muscles.
By having lean muscles on your body now, you have have begun to increase the metabolic rate of your body. Your body now has to work much harder than it ever did before to keep the muscle tissue it has now. Before when you had the flabby muscles, all you body had to do was keep up the fat cells within your muscles, which did not take much to do.
More muscles in your body means you will be burning much more calories than you were before even if you are just sitting on your behind. This is a twenty-four hour process and not one that happens only when you are awake. Rob Poulos makes the claim that you will be able to continue burning calories seventy-two hours after your work out and this is the truth. He has scientific research studies to back this up!!!
No fitness program would be complete with out a decent section on good nutrition. Rob Poulos goes into more detail than is needed, which shows he has really done his research in this area. When your body begins to get hungry, then it is telling you that it is craving vitamins and minerals. These cravings should be satisfied first so that you will eat less.
There is an in-depth guide concerning the best foods to eat and what foods should be avoided. Poulos has even designed some terrific eating plans as samples for individuals to try and shown how easy it is to set up their own. He is also a huge believer in the idea of eating smaller meals more frequently to keep your metabolism rate up and the calories burning.
This is an outrageous fitness program that will not only build your cardiovascular health, but the overall health of your body. If you have had it with your boring cardiovascular work out such as riding your old bland stationary bicycle or jogging in the worst of weather, then this might be exactly what you need.
The book is lacking a bit on describing the proper ways to perform these exercises. Of course, Rob Poulos has released another book that should be located in your local library that will describe how to properly perform them. This is a fitness program that can be not only challenging, but seems as if it can be fun as well. What could be better than being able to watch you body transform before your very eyes?
